When Americans think of Vietnam, so often they think of the Vietnam War (or as the Vietnamese call it, the American War). But Vietnam is home to a complex, multi-thousand-year-old culture that sees American involvement as a tiny blip on an extensive timeline.

In preparation for a newly developed tour in the region, EF (the world leader in international education) sent three content producers on the road to gather stories of this multi-faceted country and help dispel the singleness of the Vietnamese narrative in the U.S.
